Door Monkey

Named for its " tail", the parent invented Door Monkey's unique design automatically locks interior doors in a slightly open (approximately 2 inches) position. This helps prevent little ones from playing with the door and getting little fingers crushed. The Door Monkey works with regular width 1 3/8" inside doors. Place it at any height up or down the side of the door and it  will catch to the door frame. Makes a perfect solution for kids with younger siblings to be able to go in and out of rooms and easily have the door locked again.The Door Monkey also works for keeping pets in or out of a room.
The Door Monkey simply clamps to the edge of the door in seconds, without tools, tape, or hardware. Mount it high and out of sight for taller users, or down low for shorter users.The Door Monkey can be operated from either side of the door. This is safer than using bolts or hooks and eyes which could lock someone in a room without being able to get out. Depending on which side of the door you are on, simply push the button or pull the tail to unlock the door.
Use the tail feature to conveniently hang the Door Monkey on the door knob when not being used.
